1. License, Not Sale

All SR PRO Dev plugins, themes, and related software ("the Software") are licensed, not sold. Purchasing a license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software subject to these Terms. SR PRO Dev retains all title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software at all times.

2. Scope of the License

Each license is valid only for the number of domains or OJS installations (max_slots) specified in the pricing tier purchased at checkout. Using the Software on more sites than your license permits is a breach of these Terms and may result in automatic deactivation of the license.

3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, in whole or in part;
• Remove, bypass, or circumvent any license verification, obfuscation, or copy-protection mechanism built into the Software;
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise redistribute the Software or its source code to any third party;
• Use the Software beyond the number of domains permitted by your purchased license tier.

4. Support & Updates

Access to updates and technical support is governed separately by our Support Policy and, where applicable, by the maintenance terms shown at the time of purchase.

5. Termination

Any violation of these Terms, including the restrictions in Section 3, immediately terminates your license without refund. SR PRO Dev reserves the right to disable license verification for accounts found in violation.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is". SR PRO Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Serbia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
