1. 14-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day conditional money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. This guarantee is conditional: a refund is issued only when both of the following are true:

• The plugin genuinely fails to function as described on your OJS installation due to a defect in our code; and
• Our support team has been given a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve the issue, and is unable to make the plugin work correctly on your server.

2. What Is Not Covered

Refunds are not issued in the following situations:

• "Change of mind" requests after the plugin source code has been downloaded;
• Incompatibility caused by third-party plugins, custom theme modifications, or an unsupported/modified OJS core on your installation;
• Requests made after the 14-day window has elapsed;
• Failure to request support before requesting a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, describe the issue you are experiencing, and allow us the opportunity to fix it first. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
