Maintenance is optional but recommended from Year 2. If it is not renewed, the plugin continues to work, but access to updates and technical support is lost until retroactive renewal.
The annual subscription includes the right to use the plugin, all updates, and standard support for the current year. When it expires, the system is locked for new editing until renewal.
Applies to proceedings within one institution or domain, such as all faculties of one university on a shared server.
